ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Robert Mutlow
Professionally I worked in retail until I retired. My passion from as far back as I can remember has been a traveler. I am nomadic. I enjoy the feeling of traveling without attachment. I am inspired and excited visiting new places. Meeting the locals, learning new ways of living. Not accumulating things other than memories. I have been very fortunate in being able to travel extensively.
I have been married for forty six years this year. My wife Pauline also enjoys traveling lightly. We do not have any children which has allowed us to pursue our travels. One of the joys of doing the Camino is that you carry your entire possessions on your back.
ABOUT THE BOOK
Haikuing the Camino
Haikuing the Camino is a personal journey.
I wanted to express my emotions in the most succinct way possible. I have always enjoyed writing Haiku's and thought that it would be an ideal medium to describe my feelings, thoughts and reactions as I walked the French Camino de Santiago. When you walk one thousand kilometers through beautiful country side, quaint villages, tired cities, you have so many wonderful experiences and thoughts.
I sincerely hope you find the book inspirational .
