The constant forward flexed posture we have adopted every day to view computers, tablets and smartphones is causing major postural stress on the spine, with devastating long term consequences. Dr Botha has developed his own posture correction protocols that help his patients suffering with Upper Back and Neck Pain, Text Neck Syndrome, Forward Head Posture, Upper Crossed Syndrome and Postural Kyphosis. These protocols are now available to the public in the Align Yourself: 60 Days to Pain Relief and Perfect Posture eBook and Mobile App.
